Beer Chorizo Queso dip

1/2 can light Mexican beer (such as Modelo Especial)
1/2 tube soyrizo
1/4 c diced red onion
2 jars Nacheez (any flavor)
1 bag cheddar Daiya
1 tub sour cream
1 can white beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained

Put all ingredients into a crockpot. Turn to high until it is hot then turn down to low to keep warm for guests. Serve with corn chips.
